and to start off with i will share a tip with you;

for storing lettuce that is ready for a salad;
use your hands to break the lettuce into eatable size (dont use knife)
wash and rinse using a salad spinner
STORE prepped lettuce in a METAL BOWL topped with aluminum foil. doing so will make your lettuce last much much longer. and so easy to add salad to your diet when it is ready to go.


btw i do not really like the pre-prepared salads from the store. to much markup and you still MUST wash your lettuce.

the apple gif is one of the apples of my eye... isela the gaper. just love her, and the stuff('n) she does i think something simalar can be found in my isela collection post

as to the lettuce, the metal reacts and causes the lettuce to wilt/spoil faster. normally in a 2 days your lettuce will be fairly brown where cut but if ripped (they also sell plastic knives for lettuce that also work) they are much better off. that is ONLY for storage. if used right away there is NO problem.

lettuce is good ruffage and is good for your guts health

And also, your personal opinion on moving full movie topics. Is it just because there's fuck all in the gold section, apart from the stuff you move? Or is it you're trying to avoid RBB from being shut down somehow by some webmaster reporting something? I personally would like, if you're going to move something, maybe a smaller version and a preview or something in the regular section.

IMHO i dont like the gold section the way it is, for many reasons. for me i never did get many dls from my full movies in RSBB gold section. so in short i think it does nothing if not make the site less share friendly. just my honest opinion

To be honest I just don't feel like there's much I can say around here any more. I'm not shagging my way through the male population, I'm not really playing, I've had sex maybe 3 times since baby was born. I'm not even that horny to be honest, it's absolute bliss.
