I mean your asshole has to be facing upward. Then you insert something like a toy or fingers. Then when you pull it out DONT push your asshole out (like you would to make a rosebutt or prolapse) and then your asshole should gape. If your ass is pretty tight just repeat this , also try spreading your ass cheeks to make your gape bigger.

I read the above and think that probably it's a bit of both. Gaping that big with the air is totally possible, but our skin and phyique is just different. I don't know of any basic anatomical or physiological difference between anal sphincters of men and women, although muscles of pelvic floor (eg levator ani) are responsive to sex steroids in animals (increased weight & strength with testosterone), so the possibility that men's are stronger cannot be excluded. Bum in air posture assists gaping because weight of abdominal viscera creates a negative pressure in abdominal cavity and this is transmitted equally to inside of intestines.
