a good friend of mine recently had a natural birth of a 12lb baby boy. her doctor advised her to practice expanding her vagina prior to the birth. both her husband and I (he didn't know I was involved in this), stretched her until she could take my whole fist plus 3 fingers on my other hand. now a few months after the birth I can get both hands in there, but she can still tighten right up so a cock feels tight in there too. The problem with large babies isn't the vagina though it's whether the pelvis is big enough for their head which is the much more important concern than tearing.
