Can any doctors clarify the risks?

I have been stretching my Partner for a while now and recently they have started pushing and having a rosebutt/pink hole after.

I think it’s very hot but I have read in other forums and articles from doctors that pink hole and prolapse weaken the muscles and increase the chance of long-term complications. but I have seen other forums people talking about doing it for decades and having it strengthen their holes, that being able to do it comes from deep muscle control.

I could imagine a situation where both are possible, stretching and prolapsing recklessly with numbing lube‘s and ignoring blood could lead to long-term complications, while careful but consistent training could strengthen and not lead to those. And because of that I don’t know if I believe a regular doctors opinion, so I would really like the opinion of a Doctor who understands extreme anal

There isn't a doctor alive that wouldn't be horrified by what we do to ourselves. It's an extremely serious medical condition that's turned into a fetish. Watch a prolapse surgery and decide if you're OK with this before you embrace it. Read about colostomy bags. I would suspect that even those that claim that they have stronger anuses are still young and have yet to feel any consequences. I love a trashed ass but it's not something to be taken lightly. Especially if you love your partner. Only you can decide if you want to give the one you love a permanent medical disorder

Are you a doctor or in the medical field? Because I’ve heard both arguments from people who aren’t already, that’s sorta the point of this post…

RN. I've seen foreign body removal and prolapse in the er. Infected colostomy, necrotized tissue. It gets bad my friend. I don't mean to discourage but to encourage you to be safe. And frankly, you can easily find this information by googling. Unless you are cautious, you can seriously injure your partner. I love a destroyed ass, but just look at it. Does this look healthy and natural to you? Just be safe. If you are even having concerns, this may not be for you. You and your partner should think hard and do lots of research before going down this path

Dude- 51 here and been playing since I was in my 20’s. If you’re not a doctor, stay in your lane.

While there is such a thing as an uncontrollable, full-thickness prolapse (in both sexes), most of the horror stories you hear are the by-product of genetics and/or acute trauma. Most of the prolapsers who we see in porn and amongst us amateurs, have come to it slowly through years of practice. My ass is altered but in a great way. I have ZERO issues, thank you very much.

EDIT:

just saw your reply and I apologize. MUCH respect for RN’s (mom was one). You sound measured and reasonable so you have my permission to change lanes. Lol

The rest of my reply holds true though.

Anecdote is not evidence. I am proud for you but you may be fortunate. You even may be smarter or more well prepared than some people, who engage in risky behaviour. Its hard to believe but there are people who think saliva is adequate lubricant. Defensive response is not helpful. Our friend here has a right to know potential risks and to be safe

Honestly just make an appointment with a gp and ask any questions you might have. Perhaps call a proctologist. But don't expect encouragement from a doctor. Medical professionals will not understand the fetish, they will just see the dangers. It's not out of ignorance or cruelty, but concern for your well being and resource management. We don't want you in our er for something you did to yourself when people have legitimate emergencies that may require resources and attention more urgently. And thank you rosebutt, I'm sorry if I was impolite.

I will say, in my own anecdotal experience, the vast majority of anal damage I've seen at work is from older, homeless women. They prostitute themselves for money and substances and care little about hygiene or safety. If you're smart, you will not end up in the er with dead tissue for an anus. But you should know the possibilities. There is no completely safe way to do extreme anal play. Even with all the caution in the world, you may just get unlucky and harm yourself

So, since you have some medical insight, what are some things we can keep in mind to practice this fetish more safely?

Tons of lube. If you think you have too much, use more still. Do not use any lubricant that contains lidocaine. Do not use poppers, drugs or alcohol. Do not play with people you don't trust to have your well being at heart. An abusive partner will not care about damaging you. Don't ignore pain. Don't feel pressure or haste.

Don't be naively influenced by porn. Ava devine may look sexy in her videos, but she isnt capable of bowel movements off screen. That sounds fun until you're trying to discreetly enema on a 10 minute break at work.

Use proper toys, constructed from proper materials. Never use bottles with labels or sharp edges. The small seam on a label can shred your ass, opening you up for infection. Never use vegetables. Plastics, pesticides, etcetera do not belong inside us. Anal cancer is real and terrifying.

Never use anything that can become stuck inside you. An er team will do extraordinary damages just trying to remove even a small object from your ass. You literally have to shove your arm in someone with forceps to retrieve an object. Or worse still, perform surgery on the abdomen. It's horrific.

It's just common sense stuff but you have to be safe. Once you get a serious problem, that's it. No more anal play for you. Ever. If you have passion for this hobby, that could be devastating. Or you could hurt someone you love.

The most important advice I can give is to make sure your prolapse goes fully back inside after play. A prolapse trapped outside your rectum can be pinched and starved. The tissue will die and you may die as well. This is very important. If you cannot get your prolapse back inside, call an ambulance immediately.

Also, never use glass! I used to peruse the efukt forums. The man who made the video called 'one guy, one glass' was also a member. His experience with broken glass was terrible. That video was a joke and a meme to most of the internet but that man had to live with what he did to himself.

Just be smart my friends. We are all influenced by porn but there is a lot going on off screen. We have to keep reality in mind. You will make some proctologist very happy, with an enormous bill and a dangerous, life altering surgery. If you aren't smart. But then again, there are medical professionals much smarter and more experienced than me that will say the only safe way is to not engage in extreme play.

Ava is happy to talk about her ass with customers. A very open and kind person, I recommend meeting her if you can arrange it. A little gross though to be honest. The woman will fuck anyone, anytime. Literally. She's extreme but really the nicest woman you'll ever meet. I've met several porn stars privately online and she was by far the nicest, sweetest person ever. (Amy brooke was an asshole lol)

Many can still poop with a prolapse but ava is especially trashed. If she squats, her ass falls out. She has little control left and she is proud of it. One of my favorite stars as a young man was a lady called Tyla Wynn. She had to quit porn. She lost her ability to bm without enema and just quit. Different people will have different outcomes

Her sphincter just became too weak to function over time. Too much anal sex. It started after she got into double anal as well. I think genetically she was predisposed to problems and porn was just too much. She never did much fisting or extreme insertions, just anal sex. What I would very much like to know is if she went back to normal function after quitting porn. We will never know though, she's gone.

I think it speaks to the matter at hand that most extreme anal performers are very young and quit quickly. Not many make it to be a dirty garden girl or an ava devine. For every hot kinky jo, there's a thousand extreme kreams that quit at 25 and are never seen again

So, what's your point? What you're trying to prove?

Everyone knows it's a extreme body modification and it's not come without any complication. In this forum are so many people who didn't have any problem. It depends on body, if you don't feel good the don't do it. It's a simple common sense.

That you nay just be unlucky, even with safety. People should be aware of this before deciding to engage in extreme anal. Even on this forum, there are posts about medical problems. We should all be fully informed

This post should become a sticky pin thing. Well-informed advice. At first I was going to go on the defensive but then I read again. This is the sort of content this group needs rather than 'soap bars' and thinking that is the way (yes I did try soap)... Anyhoo, my 2 pence worth. Extreme butt play is going to have consequences one way or another.. But since I spilt my penis in half I dare say I'm a lost cause haha.

Best advice is dom your research, read it over and over, study diagrams (even though some I don't agree with when I comes to genitals and rectum etc) and make a sensible informed decision. Trust your body but remember pain isn't the same inside the butt (deep) pain receptors aren't quite like punching your face.

More than anything else, the overarching rule with our fetish is LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. Like I said, I’ve been playing since the mid ‘90’s and at 51, am still crushing it. But if my guts or hole don’t feel quite right, I take a break. And even if my job allowed the intake of illicit substances, I STILL would never play high or out of it. I cringe when I see people huffing poppers and going extreme on their holes. For instance, I like to use a hollow plug and fuck my hole with a 15” double dildo. I can ALMOST swallow the whole thing but it hits the bend at about 14”. I feel a dull but deep sensation that tells me “no more”. Do I hope to be able to pass that?  Absolutely. But I will not force the issue. I will take my time and have fun. After all, that’s what this is all about- pleasure. It’s the journey, not the destination.

Play straight and listen to your body.

Wait, you split your penis in half? I have so many questions. Why? How was that? How's sex now? How is it when you piss and how is it when you cum? How is it with normal clothing on? What was the procedure like?

Google 'genital bisection' you'll get alot of answers there. My regrowth has made it join by near an inch so it's now just a subincision and head split. Sex is fine, although some shrinkage has occurred. Why I don't know... How, too much to go into here. Sit down to piss. I don't particularly like cumming anyway. Normal clothing? Haha its just fine. I will continue to extend cut one day but only when the mood takes. I get disheartened with the regrowth. A full bisection makes sex pretty difficult so I'll probs finish with full subincision and half split.

you clearly have no idea how difficult it is in the UK right now to make an appointment with a GP to ask them general questions about your personal fetish... let alone to call a proctologist! you would need to be referred to a proctologist and I imagine that's nigh on impossible unless you are in need of emergency care.

moreover, there is a fundamental problem with this entire thread, which is that a medical prolapse and a fetish prolapse are completely different things. a fetish prolapse is essentially a body modification. we're altering a specific part of our bodies in order that they appear, and function, differently to how they ordinarily would. the medical profession no doubt views the fetish prolapse much in the way they would a split tongue or stretched earlobe, or even a tattoo for that matter. show a doctor a split tongue and he'll no doubt talk you through the process of putting it back together. show them a stretched earlobe and they'll show you how to 'correct' it. show them a tattoo and they'll tell you how to remove it. it's not their job to advise you on how to get a split tongue or to stretch your earlobe, and they won't give you a tattoo either.

likewise, a doctor (if you could get in to see one) could not tell you how to 'safely' prolapse your rectum.

now, further to this, when you consider the 'risks' of a prolapsed rectum, what are they? the biggest is that it becomes trapped outside the body. strangulated, deprived of blood flow, the tissue will die (necrosis). now ask yourself: how does this happen? is it even biologically possible for this to happen to someone with a fetish prolapse? no, it is not. this is because, in literally every instance I have ever seen, read about, and experienced myself, the process of anal exploration that ends with a prolapsed rectum began with insertion. you insert something, a finger, an object of some kind, into your asshole. you enjoy the way this feels and over time this leads to the second phase which is stretching. you insert ever larger objects, more fingers, eventually a fist or even multiple fists into your asshole.

now, let's revisit the unfortunate case of the strangulated prolapse. what is it that is strangling the very life out of this poor rectum? yep, it's the anus, the anal sphincter. specifically, it's an anal sphincter that has never been stretched. so when the prolapse pops out, the anus clamps back around it with enough force to not only make it so that the prolapse cannot be pushed back in, it cuts off the blood supply in much the same way as a elastrator cuts off the blood supply to the testicles for example. now, can an anal sphincter that has been stretched to the point that it can comfortably accommodate an adult male fist clamp shut with sufficient force to cut off the blood supply to the prolapse that is protruding out of it? NO.

so, what are the risks of a fetish prolapse? whatever you do, don't bother asking a doctor.

Thank you for the explanation! Can I ask more about your personal psychology on why you choose to go ahead with this body modification? What about a penis bisection is appealing to you? Hopefully I don't sound judgemental, just curious as hell!

I've seen a woman with a tongue bisection in porn that wrapped her tongues around a dildo for a Bj. That was very hot and mesmerizing to watch.

What exactly happens with the muscles when they become "too weak to function"? Is it the stretching? Too much "training" to relaxe the muscles instead of having the default mode of being tight?

I remember seeing a clip someone showed me of hot kinky jo saying she couldn't shit anymore.

Also what is your job in healthcare?
