1. In addition to above good advice, I'd like to add that you can look for toys with an oval cross section. The opening in the pelvis isn't circular and thus oval items will be less restricted by the sides of the bone. (Square Peg makes oval toys and there may be others, as well.) There are bottles (schampoo, detergents and similar) that are made of a nicely slick plastic, have a oval cross section and will deform under pressure without actually losing girth. Local market veggie section can also contain all sorts of cheap but sturdy friends.   Experiment, play and have fun!
2. Most ordinary 3D printers use either ABS- or PLS-plastics. These are rigid materials. I would not recommend them for making the actual toys. However, using the printer to make molds for the most fantastically shaped toys sound like a great idea.
3. Congrats indeed! Perseverance and practice makes perfect - a deeply satisfying feeling. Enjoy as much and as often you can - with due care of course!
4. Big congrats to you Anon42! It sounds like you're having a wonderful time with it, so I can't see why you shouldn't do it again whenever the fancy strikes you. The cramping probably comes from the awkward position the wrist is in. Not much to do about it except trying to relax back and wrist as much as possible. Regular training (like fisting yourself certainly is) will likely help increase your flexibility and make entry and movement easier with time. As good an excuse as any to do it again - soon!
5. There are several kinds of silicone available. (literally hundreds) Most of these are not suitable for internal use. Food- and medical-use are useful search-criteria. The time it takes to set greatly depends on the thickness of your mold. One of the challenges of pouring the silicone is air-bubbles. Without a vacuum-chamber, you will likely end up with bubbles which can weaken your design. That said, the crafting of you own toys is a tremendously cool (and hot) thing to do. Go for it!
6. Hi there, enthusiast! I think your question could likely be answered in as many ways as we have talented folk here. From me, you'd get the answer that there's no real destination, only the ride, so go slow and enjoy the ride. A gradual increase in the girth of your toys will open up your gape nicely. Stretching that sphincter will, eventually, take it to heights (or possibly depths) that you can dream wet dreams about. There's a topic about the rings and similar items that you may want to read. There are also a few topics on home-made toys that can help you bridge the size-gap between one toy and another. (Wrapping fabric around a tubular object to the desired girth and then rolling on a condom, is one neat way to create nearly endless variations in size with little effort.) Good luck and let us know of your progress!
7. Thanks XpycTuK! Another one, eh. And not the same couple, either. Perhaps serious footing is finally getting a foothold in the homemade arena. Good stuff!
8. Huge congrats! Thank you for sharing your progress, you're a delight to watch. Wow! Just... wow!
9. First off, I hope this is not a repost. I've seen footing before, usually half-hearted, sometimes with gusto and intent but rarely fully successful. I've never seen it like this! http://www.eroprofile.com/m/videos/view/wife-puts-whole-foot-in-ass-514 So soft it's sensual - I'm deeply impressed!
10. The short answer is yes. The birth-canal can, short of a medical oddity, handle rather more than a standard fist. However, there's more to fisting than the physical aspect. There's fear of pain, actual pain and plenty of other reasons for the woman to feel uncomfortable with the idea. That kind of discomfort is rarely a source of sexual excitement. She may well be able to but may not want it.
11. Congrats xxjimmyxx - and make 'em big ones too! A fine and, no doubt very pleasing, achievement. Every new such does feel good, don't they :-)
12. A big welcome to this great forum! It's good to have you here and I hope you'll find us fun and stimulating company that may help you expand more than just your mind. :-) Like Gninori said, there's no such thing as too old. It may even be that age gives the twin advantages of care and patience that are so useful when stretching your limits.
13. The shower-shot is a nice and good way to clean. If you have the separate hose/head version, you can get a second shower-hose made of flexible plastic and cut off the metal bits (nut, washer, stuff and junk) from the head-end had file/cut/melt the end to a nicely rounded shape that will slide in more comfortably. Excessive air in the hose/system may make for some discomfort from cramping and farting but is usually nothing to worry about.
14. Like mr. Frenum says, the sphincter is a muscle. You can train it, use it, abuse it or even damage it. It's all up to how you treat it. Unless you've done yourself some permanent damage, the muscle will continue doing its job. Training can come in different shapes, but I'd say Kegel-exercises are probably the most targeted and effective ones. Perhaps some of our knowledgeable members will share their version of them, helping those that want to have stronger and more capable ring-pieces? Come on, folks - how do you squeeze it?
