It was me - a large electro plug that I got in and couldn't get out, and then had 15 mins before family was returning! It has been 18 months now and the sensation has not come back. Slowly learning how to get hard again though- takes ages but can get it up with 10-15 mins of gentle stimulation and concentration. So, yeah, just be careful. I've been reading through this forum and there are now several people warning of similar accidents. Just be careful with large solid plugs when you are at your limit or leaving things in for too long. There are several nerves that travel through the arse/prostate region that connect your genitals to the brain and maybe even the vagus nerve, and they don't grow back if you cut them. Still enjoy stretching, but until getting the toys out or watching some porn the thought does not occur to do it. From 100mph to 7.5mph - it isn't just mental, definitely some nerves play a larger part than we realize at first. (Not looking for sympathy or blaming the toy manufacturer, just saying 1 minute of over-doing it is not worth not feeling horny ever again so take care!)

Yeah, I was going to suggest possible nerve damage from overdoing it. I've nearly completely lost the urge for (about 1 year now) after an accident with a large electro plug being pulled out in a panic. It's a real shame. It is still possible to play and do the usual stuff but it's not anywhere as exciting and arousing as before. Also, you can lose a little of the control over when you want to take a shit etc - very annoying. I was hoping it would improve, but I would say I only have 5-15% of what I had, and it has not got much better over the year.

I too have a sizeable collection - over 25 years of treasure that I am intending to edit down to the best bits / genres. Interesting too, there are a lot of videos that need a big chunk deleted here and there but it is time consuming to go through and though not to get distracted! haha. Yeah, as someone said, important to have a hobby, and ok also to have one like this, but do not want to waste too much precious life on this one and let it get all consuming.

I stuck a large acrylic plug in my ass and started to panic after 20 minutes when I couldn't get it out. Due to the shape of my pelvic bones, the blunt shape of the plug, and the fact that the solid acrylic is not pliable or flexible in the least. It easily worked its way between the bones and I ended up crushing 1 or 2 of the nerves in the area when I forced it out. The net result is similar to someone who has ED as a result of a prostate removal where they damage the nerves. Kind of numb, very difficult to get a boner, and never feel horny. That is the most disappointing part, and after 9 months since the accident there is zero improvement. Reading on google, sometimes after 6-18 months some nerves can grow back partially, but no sign yet. Take care!!

Yeah, I often wonder what the doc will say, if anything, when the time for a prostate exam comes around. haha. Let us know if they comment!

I hope things are going ok for you and you are learning to live with the changes. Maybe you have damaged one or 2 of the pudendal nerves that control and regulate the bowels and all that stuff. I have done something with a hard acrylic plug that also affects how I feel like I need to pee, or poop. everything was regular before the accident, but now quite strange sensation. For me, not as much change as you describe, but yeah - if you go at it like Hot Kinky Jo or Siswet you can come unstuck with one unlucky move. Just be careful everyone - we love this play, but when you actually overdo it and sever a nerve, sometimes it will never return to "normal" activity. And, you really do miss it!

The pudendal and perineal nerves are all part of the same system. just google those - there is plenty of information. Not sure which exactly I have severed, or crushed - I think the Perineal mainly, but damaged the others too. It has been 8 months since the incident and no improvement in sensation or control... yet. The pudendal nerve originates from the lumbo-sacral plexus (L4-S4). It consists of both sensory fibers (80%) and motor fibers (20%). The pudendal nerve branches into 3 smaller nerves: • Inferior rectal nerve: supplies the anal canal, peri-anal skin, rectum, and external anal sphincter. • Perineal nerve: supplies the perineum, vagina, urethra, male scrotum, labia, transverse perineal muscle, and urethral sphincter. • Dorsal nerve of the clitoris or penis: supplies skin of the clitoris/penis, bulbocavernosus, and ischiocavernosus muscles.

Hey guys, be extra cautious while using the large solid glass and acrylic plugs. If you feel like you are pushing hard against bones it is very possible to damage your perineal nerves which run through that area, and if you do that you can suffer incontinence and erectile disfunction - and it is likely permanent. Speaking from experience -unfortunately. There is no "give" in the material and it takes 2 seconds of joyful carelessness to sever a nerve. Not worth it.

Like a few have suggested, most of the express couriers (FEDEX, UPS) have a "Hold At Location" option. That means you can put a partial address for yourself (without street number) and they will hold it at your nearest depot for collection. You need ID matching the name you used to collect it, of course! Sometimes the supplier will forget to tick that option, but you can call FEDEX as soon as the parcel has been uplifted from supplier, and ask them to select "HAL" for you.

It was a combination of the size, shape and material it is made of (and my panic), not the electrical current pulses that caused this. I had a slightly wider rubber dildo that I used for the warmup so thought I'd be ok. The trouble is, the electro plug is solid acrylic material with absolutely no give or flexibility and the shape of the back end allowed it to get right behind and under the pelvic bones in there. I am in no way blaming the manufacturer as I'm sure it works for some people, but unfortunately my haste in getting it out caused a lot of crushing damage of the soft tissue and nerves between bone and the solid acrylic material. Believe me, I revisit the scene in my mind often and wish I'd taken more time to think clearly about the extraction - I recall vividly when it happened and the nerves were crushed, and the ensuing immediate loss of sexual desire and erection. In my opinion the electrical impulses would be better with a medium sized plug that didn't stretch everything to the max anyway so you'd get more flexing with the current rather than being so tight. Don't let your eyes be bigger than your ass with these things!

Warning: I have experimented a fair bit and last year purchased the largest plug I could find. I eagerly, and maybe without the correct amount of warmup, got going with it. ElectraStim Extreme Intimidator Butt Plug - 8.6" girth It went in ok after a while, but quickly became jammed between the bones of my (male) pelvis due to the shape of the lower end of it. After about 15 minutes of panic trying to get it out I succeeded, with a bit of blood and mess, and have damaged (or severed?) one or 2 of the perineal nerves... So be really careful - that means I can't easily get erecton and things work slightly differently now with the ass - similar to the common result of a prostate removal operation. It has been 6 months and no improvement yet, but am hopeful that maybe after 1-2 years the nerves might recover or regrow, but low chance of that really. It was the shape, and the panic combined, but 1 hour of "pleasure" for a lifetime of much reduced pleasure is not worth it.

Yep! Nice to read the other posts from 30 and 40 yo guys. Like them I have always liked to play with the asshole alone and have a collection of toys to envy.
