I am still working my depth too, as my internals are stubborn, and as I learn to relax more and more, it becomes possible, but also enjoyable. Lots of breathing, and lying on my back. It may very well not be BS. Aren't you able to find a good compromise ? a 24/7 slave is a huge commitment on both sides, and while the fantasy is appealing, the reality of it is another thing entirely.
