  2. All these pictures are absolutely phenomenal. You have a good ass (and body), and you’re making very good use of that inflatable toy. Could you explain in a bit more detail how you get it to inflate deeper in the colon (rather than in the rectum)? I think it’s a bit tricky to get it past the sigmoid when it’s not inflated. Great job, please keep posting these super awesome pictures!
  3. No judgment to you, but this seems unnecessarily risky; introducing and leaving unsanitized items or food in your rectum and/or colon can lead to very serious infection. There are plenty of sterile products you can buy in a pharmacy if you’re soar. And in any case, if you’re always soar afterwards, you’re probably not using enough lube or going faster than your body can take it. Again, no beef with me. Be gentle with your bodies, everyone, we only got but one ;-)

  5. Hard for me to tell, but since it’s not outside of the anus and (at least judging from that picture) there’s no indication of internal folding, it’s technically “just” a rose. Perhaps other users can offer you a more specific answer :-)
  6. How far does your partner get his hand / arm? You will probably maximize progress the deeper he goes, but remember to do it safely. I know some will call me a granny, but this is a race to the orgasm, not to the hospital.
  7. With 12 inches the end of the toy should somewhere between the middle and the end of the sigmoid, assuming that it’s not folding in the rectum (very flexible toys will easily fold a lot more). The sigmoid has a length of 10-15 inches, and it varies from individual to individual.

While I’m not a doctor and definitely don’t encourage anyone from doing something they’d deem dangerous, I’d say that if it’s only rectum-deep, you should always be able to reach and pull it out. Always be safe, and as you say, when in doubt, put a condom or have something attached to it as to guarantee you’ll be able to get it out.
  9. You may have started to develop an internal prolapse, which can cause this. Think of a garden hose that’s bent (as opposed to being straight), you’d need higher pressure for the same output flow. If your descending colon is pressing onto the sigmoid, the passage can become more straining, thus the additional force needed and the smaller stool size. Similar thing can happen if the sigmoid is the one prolapsing and “piling up” on the rectum. My theory for a lot of people who are into this type of anal games (myself included) who develop a prominent rosebutt and show these signs of internal prolapse is that the sigmoid mesocolon (a fold of peritoneum) has become loose or even partially detached after many sessions which induced some level of mechanical trauma. The reason it hasn’t progressed to an external prolapse is that the descending mesocolon (which is much larger and holds a larger area —the descending colon— thus mechanically more resilient) is still attached firmly enough. Debilitating the sigmoid mesocolon is done much more easily through relatively shorter insertions (only need to reach the sigmoid colon) whereas doing so for the descending mesocolon requires much deeper play. On top of that, to get any meaningful prolapse of the descending colon, some additional give of the transverse mesocolon would be needed, since the descending colon is more or less already in a straight line. Full disclaimer: I’m not a doctor, so this is what I believe is happening when an internal-only prolapse is developing after reading anatomical texts, but I could have misunderstood or misinterpreted something, so take it for what it is. Sorry if you find this answer too long or off topic, this is just very interesting to me

More or less on the same boat here; I find all things anal fascinating and I’ve come to realize / accept that this is probably going to be a life-long hobby of mine, but I don’t feel the need to push my body into a prolapse as it would be more of a burden than a joy in my personal circumstances. The goal is to have fun playing with my body and hopefully live healthy for many years to continue doing the things I like (in and out of the privacy of my home). I gladly enjoy content which includes prolapse, but I feel it’s probably not ideal for me. If it happens because of my many years of abuse, I’ll have to accept it, of course, but so far nothing and I’ve been quite hard on my hole so it’s probably not coming.
  11. If you have a partner, frequently getting fisted hard is very likely to help. They’ll be able to go at it faster, rougher and for longer than we can on our own with just toys. I have a theory that it’s this prolonged exposure to rough mechanical stress that can more quickly develop it. Of course everyone’s body is different, but it also seems to generally match what I see online.

If it’s of any use, I’ll tell you my current best method: shallow cleaning followed filling myself up with warm water slowly as much as possible, then waiting a couple minutes before putting in a hollow plug and laying down for a little while. The lower part empties immediately when the hollow plug is placed, naturally, and the rest slowly comes out which seems to help with softening all the matter and making it easier to get fully clean with just an additional rinse afterwards. Regarding you point 4: that sounds to me like the beginning of an internal prolapse. Have you been doing a lot more depth play lately?
  13. In my experience, the main risk when it comes to getting a toy stuck inside, is getting one that’s relatively rigid completely past the sigmoid bend. Then it can (not necessarily will) become harder to retrieve, specially with an internal prolapse that folds over instead of pushing it out. I had that happen to me and I panicked for a few seconds, but I was able to get it out with relative ease, as I’m flexible enough to fist myself past the wrist.
  14. Thank you for your input. Could you elaborate on two things: your “routine” or tips for the depth play in order to maximize the chances of prolapsing, and also how you’ve used poppers. How often did you do depth play, for how long each session, which toys are the best in your opinion?

If you’re not actively working towards it, don’t have a natural predisposition for prolapsing (example: a friend of mine suffered one from simply straining due to constipation for years) and don’t do a lot of stuff that strains your guts and causes a repetitive mechanical stress, such as extreme deep fisting by a partner or fucking machine, then you’re most likely to never develop it, but of course you cannot be sure. If the risk of “accidentally” developing a prolapse is unacceptable for you (a totally understandable choice), it’s probably better to restrict your playing to insertions that train your hole in diameter but not too much in depth. All that said, I’ve played for over two decades now as hard as I’ve been able to withstand, more or less never refraining from pushing the limits, and I’ve not developed one. From reading this forums, it would seem that even when trying to get it, it requires dedication, specific training and a bit of luck.
  16. Personally I never found myself in a situation where I’d see more than a few drops, even though I’ve trained relatively hard sometimes. That said, I agree that if you want to make progress, the two most efficient ways I’ve experienced are: getting fisted by a partner (so they can do it fast, hard and for an entire long session, which really breaks in your hole) and purposely skipping warming up. I’ll explain the latter because it was a bit of a discovery for me. At some point in the last few years I wanted to try and see if I could skip warming up, for when I want to have a quick anal session and I don’t have much time. Instead of my normal session routine (BM, shower, enema, toys) I went straight to lube + large plug (3.5 inch diameter). And instead of gently working it in and out for a few minutes to let the sphincter relax, I purposely sat on it hard and fast, grabbing on to the chair to force it all inside. I must confess that it was a lot more painful than I anticipated, but surprisingly enough I enjoyed it (even though I’ve never been much interested in pain games). That experience was very satisfying, intense and quickly gratifying, so I repeated it a few times over the following days, and on my next “long session”, I was able to much more quickly get to the biggest toys, plus I managed to slide in with relative ease my 4 inch plug which had until then resisted every time. Ever since, I’ve used it as a regular part of my training, and although this clearly isn’t a proper scientifically validated l experiment, it is my opinion that using the “force it in while cold” method has helped me progress much faster than I was able before.

I don’t know about xlube, but after years of using J-lube I’ve moved to “Fist Lube Powder”, which is essentially the same thing but includes preservatives so your mixture doesn’t go stale for a long time and you can feel more confident it’ll remain sanitary while you use the entire bottle you mix. With J-lube I would sometimes have to throw out some of the mix because after a few weeks it would start smelling a bit funky, even when I produced it with sterile water.
  18. One thing that has happened to me a few times after intense playing for several days in a row is excess mucus the following day or so, and for what I’ve read, it may be as simple as having been a bit too rough so the body produces all that extra mucus to help the healing.
  19. For those of you who’ve managed to get deep and wide, what would be the recommended length + girth to start taking deep training seriously? For reference, I can take 3.75 inch (9.5 cm) diameter plug with ease after a short warm up, plus I regularly ride hard the cyclops (3.5 inch diameter and quite firm material), but I struggle to go deeper than about 25-30 cm if it’s thicker than 3-4 cm. Many say they started depth training with the dick rambone. I can see some of you mention the slink instead.
  20. Totally normal according to my experience. As you gain better control of the anus sphincter, it’ll progressively become easier and faster for you to reach “your maximum dilation”. Also, pushing is in general a good and easy way to relax and open up, so I’d say it’s the expected behavior after you’ve been training for years.

  22. I have done it a couple of times, but with partners who, although didn't want to participate in my games, didn't feel repulsed by it. My point is that, I've done it a couple of times and I wasn't caught, but had I been, it wouldn't have been a big deal. Do you feel that there's no chance you can get her interested?
  23. That's definitely way too much money. What about the cheaper alternatives? Some are around 300 USD. What brand / model do you guys use or know?
  24. Interesting ... Maybe my main difficulty is that I can't fuck myself with the toys for long enough. I do it for as long as I can and I can feel that some "nice feeling" is building up, but it's very tiring to move the heavy toys in and out for long enough, so I guess I would need a partner or a fucking machine. I've been thinking about it but I'm not sure where to find a discreet partner and fucking machines are really expensive ... Where did you guys find them?
