A topic about .. trash topics

Ok , it's late in the night ( or early in the morning ) and i was just surfing on the DilateExtremeMovies section , and i want to say this : why are there so many topics that include a single line LINK ?!? to a site not being moved to LINK section ?
I find the proper use for DEM section like many of us here post some nice RS( or any other storage site ) with some previews , maybe some comments . But there are also lots of posts that include a link to i don't know what site which has to open and click so many things before the content to start that actually i allready know of or have it on my pc .

I really recommend people that post just some thumbs/sample movie links to whatever the content is in the Links section , which is not only for a full free site , it's for LINKS .

My point is that DEM ( which is THE section on this forum ) is getting spammed by alot of "easy done" topics , which don't belong there .

mods dont have the power to delete
so i merge them in a part nobody can see to "in effect" delete them from the forum..... roundabout and pretend - all that jazz but i do it for the good of the surfers. who really wants to make a search and see 5 closed topics. this way you will only see the good one. also i have removed the infamous DBL post where ever i can find it.

once upon a time the uploads of medium-sized clips, let alone full movies, were time-consuming
so even the tiniest link to a promo page with 3 short clips was welcome anyway and fully enjoyed
now, times they are changed, it'a ll faster, full movies are given, small links seem to be anachronistic, modern times babe and bla bla bla
well, that was the nature of the first board. i dont feel like changing it
we can delete, move every topic that doesnt fit a more efficient modern-forum logic
this way we'll erase the story and history of this board
multi-layered, multi-cultural, multi-precious, multi-bullshit, with all of the dead ends, false starts, useless topics, topics apparently dead, topics in coma that we'll kill before they can be rianimated by some curious member who digs in the past of the board, in the first forgotten pages that date back to months ago, i remember it was so funny digging in such archives when i was a newbie here, resuscitating them, and harassing everyone about having dead links reuploaded. that was board too, not only giving or taking but also asking, nagging, answering, in few words communicating other than sharing good or bad links
yes, we can do that, we can modernize, we can have someone (a jury?) to decide what's worth keeping and deleting instead of people replying whether a topic is good or not, making its fortune or failure. yes, let's do it. we can do almost everything, nobody is gonna die or simply cry

gninori i have to disagree with you on this matter . yes , times changed , yes now high internet speeds are largely available .. i now remember a time when all my porn was made out of max 4MB files that took a god damn long time to download . but the idea i have here is not this one , it's the rush for gold . so i'm not saying to delete those posts , just put them ( initially the poster should post in the right section ) the Links section . right ? in DLM , OEM blabla ... i expect to see a nice done post , with previews and links to a file sharing site, not just a link to other site . wether it's extreme or not , it's in the big porn section - links .
and i really don't miss the old days , when i had to wait about 2 min for a JPEG !!!!! file to load . no sir ! changes are welcome from my pov .

there are places like land of odd with only the last 50 topics and places like SAFF that have 200 different catagories.... the rest of the net will fall somewhere in between.

but back to posting in the correct section i can agree with Gninori about being jury. maybe the poster sees it there but i see it in another section. and then what do you know Joe Smiley comes around and thinks hmmmm maybe this other section. so i try to keep an open and wide ass MIND and tend to err on the side of cation.

it's personal: i dont infer you want an orwellian forum of course but i like a bit of asphalt jungle in here too, a bit of creative anarchy, of computer illiteracy, of pristine ignorance. and i'm simply drawing my own portrait as a young member of this very past and present board

ok , we have the link , and ONLY here we will post some nice finds , giving the direct video link . So it's more organized . So let's say that porntube/picland will grow to a huge post with lots of cool links and interesting finds instead of each ppl posting their single link found dunno where ( and here i call again on the rush for gold ) ...

while i love the chaotic and free style of the members a bit more organisation of the board would be great.

but this is a lot of work for us mods if we all had enough time i think we would do it. but there is always a real life outside of your screen and it´s much more interesting than any porn
