How to define extreme, deep, huge and enormous

I have often been attracted by post titles such as extreme deep, enormous gape or huge Dildo to mostly watch a 10 cm penetration, 1 cm gape and a regular dick sized dildo.

how would you define deep, very deep and extremely deep for an anal insertion for example
what's a big gape ?

To me a deep anal fisting starts above 5cm the wrist
a huge gape start at 4 cm
an enormous dildo is at least 6cm wide
