I only did with my Buttplug (widest part 5,5 cm, small 2,5 cm) I had do take it out after about 4 hours, because it was too disturbing to really sleep well.

The coke bottle should be fine being it is very thick and designed to withstand constant pressure 10 times that your ass can generate. To be safe use a simular sized plastic bottle if the idea of using a bottle exsites you. I know the weight may not be the same but you can always add water for that effect. And please post some pictures of you pulling it out and some of that fantastic gape you will have. Will be watching for post!
