my question is will it be permanant or does it go away after a couple of hours. I would love to try it but my wife would freak if she saw my ass hanging out.

my experience it will stay for about 45 minutes, if u pullout rectum only (not anas skin). It is a strange and good feeling walking with hanging rosebutt. If you pullout only rectum, it will be squeeze by the anus, and it wont goes in easily.

My prolapse is a good amount smaller than that from the guy the vid,
i'm fisting for several decades now, sa big and deep as possible mot the time.
but seldom pumped the rectum, maybe that had be more effective...
After all,building a prolapse takes time, lot of time, plenty of time...
And it seems to be also a fact of the body type, someone build faster, someone slower..

Is pumping the only way to make your ass prolapse? I love stretching my ass as big as I can (I have only taken up to 8.5" circumference though) but I haven't managed to make my rose bloom. I'd love to turn my ass completely inside out and have the biggest prolapse possible!
