Xylocain is local anesthesia, which will make you numb, and Voltren is pain killer. I never use these as they will not let you know whether you are having pain to harm your body, and whether you need to stop or not.

I have start with Anal stretching using Bottles , and cans, after my stretching i felt like want to go for toilet. And i put my finger inside i felt something protruding like a snake head. When you play that with your finger you feel very good and like to squeeze out. After few month this become bigger and bigger and coming down near the anus. I did research with google, and i knew it was prolapse begin and i start suck out that prolaspe by small pumps.

me too i have been doing prolapse exercise for more than 11 years. Till date i don't have a problem for holding for defecation. My advantage is that i could see me rectal polyps when my prolapse came out (in my early days i joined Rose butt board) and somebody advise me to see a doctor because rectal polyp can change to cancer. I went and see the doctor and he did colonoscopy and cut my 7 polyps, luckily 7 of them are non cancer after biopsy result.

for colonoscopy you wouldn't know the doctor remarks, because you are under anesthesia, and you wont here what he talk. But you will know when you go for normal check up. i had 2 occasion, one time i went for minor bleeding pile, and doctor ask me to lie down on exam chair when he press the switch and you become doggy [position, and he use the scope to check my anus. He said " i didn't know you you did, but you anus is very dilated, he asked whether i had soiling problem. And he put his finger and asked me to squeeze, may be he want to test my closing property of my anus. And after this no discussion. Another is to check my prostate, and doctor write a remark on the report "Dilated anus" that all.

Refer to my own experience, Earlier prolapse has rose like ring, the later prolapse doesn't have or has lesser ring and they looks like smooth tube. Because the ligament which hold the colon become relax (or stretched) after long period of time.

lidocain & botox different effect. Lidocain numb your sensation, so it is dangerous that you would not notice the pain. Botox is temporarily paralyze your anal sphincter, the sensation to feel your pain is still there.

Keeps on pushing and suction (penis pump small size, push into your anus and suck out, (normal pressure) not too hard.) You will feel aching pain. (this means your colon is being sucked out), and watch the pump for bleeding. (use clear pump not the color one). So you can stop when bleeding comes, Sometimes suction or pump can injure small vessels especially who has history of piles. Blood stain is Ok, but oozing of blood, you must stop the pump.

Actually it can goes out 25-30 cm over 1 feet. Unless it wont twisted and block, it is ok, And don't keep your prolapse outside too long. But i have ever fallen asleep by hanging my prolapse out. and there are ligaments try to hand the colon, and my be these ligaments become stretch. Like muscle exercise.

Dear Friends, I like to share my experience and i like to get advise. I visited Gay Sauna in Singapore & Thailand. I walk with my prolapse hanging in the sauna, dark room. Most what i found is people who touched my prolapse and they turn away. And I tried with my rose butt hiding inside, and when people touch play my hole with their fingers and i got fucked. So is it true people afraid to see or touch the rose butt at Gay Sauna.

Give a continue steady push, then squeeze your anal muscle, open & close, it will swallow the dildo slowly inside.

You mean put Hitch Ball in side anus, or tie the hitch ball to the prolapse?

yes, you can leave 30 min, if nothing comes out (no bleeding). Short period with frequent pumping will take out your prolapse. Long time pumping will cause your prolapse to become edema (inflate). So do short time (max 30min) and do frequent.

me too I am looking for, i did pumping and dilatation now get only about only 5 inch prolapse after 7 years. Is there any quicker ways, please guide us

Pumping is the most effective and quickest way to get prolapse. because although the anus is wide enough the rectum wont come down as quick, because the rectum is held by some ligaments inside. Only pump can pull it down.

Suggest go and see the doctor (proctologist), dont be shy, you will shy at first time, after first visit you will feel conf4romatble. Doctor will not remember your ass, there are so many like you he saw. It happened to me also, i went and see doctor, doctor just told your anus is very loose, do you have problem with soiling. I said no. Doctor give me sclerosing injection, and it cured. It happened again after 2-3 years and doctor gave me same injection, and now nor more. The sclerosing injection make blood vessels shrink.

The best way is to see the doctor (Proctologist) who specialize in Anus Region. He can decide what to do, the earlier the better you can re start your pumping activity. Dont be shy, doctor wont remember your ass, he has been seeing so many ass in a day. Whether you ass is wide or narrow he wont mind.

just try to push your pump as far as it goes, normally it doesn't go so far. But don't use force, use a lots of lube and try push in. While suction on, you can pull a bit but it wont come out all.
