Prolapse will never ever become mainstream. Most people are freaked out and disgusted by it. I find "how to prolapse" more interesting. For the most part search volume has only gone up. It's also at an all time high. "Prolapse porn" has a weird trend. It went way up until 2014/2015 and then sharply declined.

Not sure what you searched but "prolapse porn" trend is highest in U.K , Australia, Czechia, Austria.. There is no Ethiopia even in the results. Plus I dont think they have all that much internet over there.
