  4. Hey Folks, For strategic purposes, I’m asking the people who’ve experienced prolapsing, rather it be personal, or from others, what diameter was the prolapse? DGG, Kittyy25, NikkiHot, and more look rather large, but I having a hard time telling their sizes. if anyone is able to provide info on this, it would greatly appreciated for a project I’m working on* *Not journalism etc, trying to make my own stretching, toying strategy that involves working my way up to the typical prolapse size, etc. Thank You!   6. I agree, I guess you can say it’s like ‘riding’ a bike you can focus on the muscles you use to cycle.. Or you can relax and enjoy the ride.. you can focus on an instrument and all the muscles used to play.. Or you can relax and enjoy the tune.. Of course both take practice to get to that muscle memory point. but relax and enjoy yourself. i suggest everyone get an allergy test too.. I took an allergy test found out I was slightly allergy to latex and some foods.. Not that I was shoving food up my ass! but it effect you whole body.. ever since my progress has been interesting. Still internal but the bottom of the internal prolapse is just starting to push the hole open. still have a long ways.

  10. From my experience, not experienced.. but I think I’ve went through enough to say a little.. It’s similar to growing a new muscle. But think of it as colon based. With a lot of abs. Muslces grow over time, takes nutrients, training, and rest. I learned treating it similarly works most effective for me. As far as physical experience, I feel a descending that seems like it’s coming from the sigmoid. But I feel like that’s where I am.. descending stage that’s just takes time now. Just have to eat right(look up what nutrition colon benefits from) work it out, then rest and, like working out, stretch every day. My Workout I have started to use inflatables.. pump until you feel that stretch then pump a little more. Keep there for a bit. Use favorite dildo and push it as deep as I can until it warms up and the stretch goes away, then I push it in a little more until the stretch goes away. Then I’ll start to play for a little until I can’t anymore. Stretching I usually just put the top of a dildo from working out so it stretches but still leaves the rest alone. I’ll keep it there for a bit. Mix it up and learn to feel your colon and what muslces you need to need to put it out. :P
  11. Hey, thanks for the information. I’ve dabbled in pumping a little and did some anatomy studying, I’ve tried to aim for about 1.5 - 2 inches in since that’s the area the rectum folds outside. My idea is that you wanna suck the prolapse towards that and not too much in sucking only one part of the rectal tissue.
  12. I’m where you’re at now, also.. I feel a lot of pressure on my hole. My prolapse seems like it’s already really big inside me. Maybe I can’t tell since this all so new and it’s small but feels big.. but With all the prolapses out there. I don’t think mine is the folding out from anus like Roxy Raye. I feel like my prolapse is gonna be like DGGs. But I’m really not even sure. I feel close like you though. So I’m also curious!
  13. I suggest adding straining to your diet. During BMs, during playing, any time you get a few minutes. You can standing, sitting on a toilet, or squatting. I have rarely pumped(1-3 times). Don’t think I did it right and it was over 7-10 years ago. Since then I’ve strained a lot and am now developing an internal prolapse. I can feel getting larger often just from staining. If I have a BM, I’ll stay on a while longer and strain. If I’m squatting(alone, of course) I’ll strain for a minute. Just feel it move around until it moves easier inside then I’ll stop then do it again. Lately it’s been feeling like something swimming around my hole when I strain. Have to strain a little longer. But it’s happening more frequent. Also do an enema at least once a week to induce straining. I’ve heard of people using laxatives. Use at your use risk but I heard that can give you some interesting BMs. Anyway good luck. Be cool if we can get this to a science for newbys and vets.
  14. In regards to how far the pump should be inserted.. when I would try to I would aim to where I would think the fold would be at when I would start to prolapse. If you look at diagrams and porn/real prolapses you’ll see that the beginning of the outside starts on the rim.. right passed the second sphincter. I would probably put the pump somewhere between the internal sphincter and where your more prone to get hemorrhoids/to avoid them(So just slightly passed the internal sphincter).. the issue there is, there’s nothing stopping it from going deeper once your all lubed up. I wish there was an adjustable rubber stopper on the outside of the pump or something to stop it from slipping in too deep and just sucking one wall or something else entirely. I think a great set up would to be in a natural relaxing position, squatting, pump already locked in place, just passed the sphincter, and relax, then pump away. I just thought of a great pump design idea.. might design it in AutoCAD.. Ha.
  15. I second this post with another Q.. i think it’s fair to say you should be extremely relaxed before/during pumping. My issue is.. the pump is going in/ it’s in me but uncomfortable. Causing me to tighten my hole. I think it’s ok to assume that means my other near by insides are also tensing up. Since they are tensing up, I think it may be possible to pump unevenly or cause more damage. Also consider position. If you lay on one side and your tissues start to go that way. That is true with every position. So which is the safest and more efficient/effective? All of this has to be considered.
  16. Hi, I’m a great example of what buskowianka said. I started get to get a hemorrhoid when I was 13/14. I’m currently 25/26 and I still have the same one. It’s getting worse (I have an appointment scheduled now) the hemorrhoid is a stage 4. And when the swelling goes down. Feels like my anus skin is detached from inside. Sometimes it can be difficult to pass stool because my rectum will think it’s out or something. The movement just stops on the hole. It’s definitely manageable. But I still ‘suffer’ time to time and I believe the swollen hemorrhoid help hold in the prolapse in. Too much pressure in that area. And with the discomfort it can hard to relax. So. Doctors...
  17. Personally, I have IBS, and I’ve been getting an internal prolapse, from play and straining. Lately I’ve been getting more pain during my IBS, with a prolapse then I had before. Am I regretting it? If it continues, yes. But I’m sure it’s the IBS. If you don’t have that then I would say go for it. Also, pain aside, it’s a big turn on to finally start having a prolapse. I love feeling it swim inside. Also learning to control my hole in ways I ever paid attention to. Either way, I guess we’ll see.
  18. The idea behind this thread is to talk about your prolapse. Everyones is different. And while there are so many people out there who are able to prolapse on this site/and off. There are a lot of people who visit this site with anticipation to achieve a prolapse. This is thread is to give a glimpse of what your prolapse is like to those awaiting to get one. We can mention what it feels like inside, the sensations you get pushing it out, what it feels like physically while it’s out, feelings and control of your bowels inside, loose or tightness, just anything about your prolapse you, feel, notice, like to do, what is was like as it’s developing for you. For me, I’ve been playing on and off for 10+ years. Nothing really progressed from what I noticed. I first started to noticed something different just within the past 6 months. When my pelvic floor was relaxed I’d feel a sort of pressure in my groin. Maybe my hole. And as of recently I’ve been able to feel my hole open just from pushing. My goal is to be able to stand in public, push it out and walk about with it out and have my partner feel and play with it all the time. I found a method that worked for me best was buying a metal or glass ball slightly smaller than the biggest diameter for me, push it inside and let it warm up and get used to it. After that I pushed it just before it was about to pop out. Then I would tighten and push tighten and push. Faster and harder the next time each time until I get tired. The benefit of the diameter is after you’ve relaxed your hole is slightly tighter allowing the ball to stay in when pushing and tightening. I do that as hard and fast as I can. I feel my insides shifting around. And soon I’m sure I’ll be able to prolapse like I’ve always wanted. I also use a big dildo, shove it in, and move it along my walls inside pulling it in all the directions loosening up the ligiments/tendents. I have yet to find a method of pumping is comfortable and consistent. I’m not entirely sure how deep to go in my body and what direction the pump should be while inside and what position best relaxes your hole/insides for the pump to properly pull the tissue out without wrongful damage. Advice? If you have any experiences you’d like to share please do. I’m sure there’s plenty of curious people who would love to hear your side and it’s fun to talk about.
  19. I believe I have an internal prolapse. Will that eventually turn into a partial prolapse? My goal is to have a complete prolapse and I feel like an internal prolapse is the opposite of what I’m wanting. How would I go from here to make it a partial prolapsed?
  20. Hey. I'm not sure if I've posted much but I've been researching and been playing with pumps, dildos, and plugs like most on here. From what I've read, and tried, I've noticed a decent way to progress is like any other work out. A good diet, hydration, and practice. The first two are up to you. But be at your required health. I've been practicing with a realistic dildo as hard and fast as I can for as long as I can that day straight, alternating arms when tired. Usually only lasts an hour. But sometimes a good session will last only 30 minutes. Try doing this in the morning or as early as possible. Later that day, I pump, stretching the hole before. Do so like how every guide says on here; in the hole, pump until light feeling. Feel and listen to your body, be safe. And do this until you don't want to or it's uncomfortable. Wait two days to repeat that. The next day I stretch my hole with plugs as big as I can for as long as I can. I try to do this around mid day or closer to bed time. Wait two days to do this process. The next day will be a break to do nothing. Repeat. I have noticed a bump as most describe starting to develop and get harder/bigger inside. It just recently started to be able to push my hole open a little giving it that stretching feeling. Remember to use lube all the time. Don't worry about pausing to get lubed back up. It'll help. Also relax during your sessions. And kegal excersizes when you're not to remain in control of everything. Again listen to your body. When I first started to realize I was starting to prolpase, it was very uncomfortable. Gas was harder to pass while pushing, but helped sometimes. And had weird dull pains. Those have gone away and I'm still trying to get bigger. My goal is to be able to stretch out my hole anywhere I push it out and have it stay out on it's own. Don't really care about the size.
  21. I believe this is not first post here. But it's been a while. Anyway, I perv on this site with most topics. Thanks for all the devious content. Anyway, I started off with an interest in anal play since I was about 12. I used to take things easier back then. But, I became overcome with depression and lost control of some body functions (couldn't concentrate on anything) as an adult 10 years later and still recovering, I'm beginning to gain control back of my sphincters and other parts to ressume stretching and so forth. Lately I've even been able to start pumping. But I got overly excited and pushed it too far, so I'm on a small break. But I'll return soon enough. I do have an internal prolapse developing, too. I can feel it inside. Especially when I get anxiety. It almost pushes itself out. It's pretty sexy. My goal is to be able to prolapse anywhere, anytime and keep it out without using much effort while still maintaining control to have it come back inside whenever. Example, the partner and I go out shopping. I push it out at the start of our shopping and keep it out for the duration then back inside it goes. DL;DR I'm posting here because I'm interested in finding a pornstar that does similar things. Goes out and keeps it out for a while or maybe pushes it out and in, out and in, and so on. Preferably in public. But I really would just love to see it out and (kinda stuck) then go back in after a while. Thanks.
