Hello. There are probably quite a few threads that are quite similar to this one. But I'm starting a new one to get a slightly more customized answer. My wife and I are in our 30s, and I've been doing anal play all my life. In the last 10 years, it has been developed to be more extreme, with double fisting and relatively deep fisting.
 
When you watch films from hotkinkyjo, you see that it goes quite deep, and I'm roughly at this level. maybe bcoz women had small hands also in length, and crawling their hands slowly and pass sigmoid. i personally feel sharp pain when passing sigmoid.
