Would anyone be interested in a interview?

Luna Matatas runs the bvibe podcasts and is a sex health educator with a focus on anal sex. While listening to these podcasts I have noticed their is definitely a cautionary feeling towards anal prolapsing. One such interview was with a doctor who is certain anal prolapse will REQUIRE surgery.

I believe their are members on this board who have had their prolapse for many years with no complications. “You guys are the elders of our community and have something young bucks don’t EXPERIENCE”

Long story short: Would anyone  with years of experience in this small community do a interview for a podcast or blog?

I see this as a chance to dispel some myths and bring our obscure fetish/ body modification to a positive light.

I am a strong believer in the ripple effect. Just imagine what one good podcast about healthy anal prolapse play could do for our community.

Cheers TheMadPi

Oh boy I've seen so many doctors talk about prolapse in this way, prime offender being Dr Drew. He's always talking about how prolapsing cuts blood circulation and is "deadly". What he doesn't take into account is that he's referring to the medical version of prolapsing where the patient's anus is not stretched like ours are and it pinches the rectum which creates blood circulation stoppage and necrosis. In our case the biggest possible side effects are potential drying up of the gut if you keep your prolapse hanging for hours at a time (which I don't think anyone does) and ofcourse incontinence if you've overstretched your anus to the point of no return. The latter is actually desired by some in the fisting community but also can be avoided with proper training. All other types of injuries are usually due to malpractice - toys too big, too sharp, too hard + numbing drugs and not enough lube.

You are probably right that a prolapse for extreme sex purposes is completely safe because it involves anal stretching, too. As long as the stretching is done safely the prolapse would cause no extra problems. Instead, one hell of a lot of pleasure.

Great, now tell that to the only anus focused physician in the United States, if he doesn’t hear about people with prolapses for 20 years with no complications it didn’t happen.

If we were to open up on non fisting message boards and sex health podcasts we could help change the huge stigma this body modification has.

Even in the anal only communities fisting is considered extreme and unhealthy. Their is a disconnect somewhere and only open communication will change that.

It is in porn, which is as you know fake and fantasy. Also it considered so extreme that many pay sites consider it too extreme and damaging to the performers bodies. Thus banned.

What I am suggesting is include HEALTHY discussion on sex oriented podcasts or sites.

I listen to quite a few sex oriented podcasts and most times prolapses are mentioned the discussion moves towards incontinence and lower GI issues, that require early retirement.

My point is that while it has exploded in popularity in porn, us extreme players have proven that it can be achieved over time with no ill effects.

I completely agree, but on here we are safe in our own little echo chamber. And that is NOT how most others on Reddit or analonlylifestyle message boards.

What I am suggesting is, the need for senior prolapse players who have spent DECADES stretching and training their bodies to prolapse openly discuss their journey on one of the sexual health podcasts or sites.

Not pornstars or content creators.

I also don’t mean just advocate for prolapsing. We need the good and the bad.
