Precise metal stretching tools

I am searching for specula or something similar that allows to stretch up the sphincter very precise and powerful. 

The challange is that it must work very precise with a screw or something like that.

Whatever happened to the tool that couple used on you in our of your videos?

I have seen all sorts of spreaders on eBay but I think that what you are looking for would have to be a custom made tool.
