Air pumped in to intestines

I'm assuming there's no way to stop this.. but just asking.  After aggressive play.. I find I'm relieving air out for a day after.  As a result I've had to curtail my activities before work now.

Ive heard that a lot of it has to do with positioning, especially doggie style, and then also fully removing the toy before insertion. Its best if you dont fully remove the toy, gape and shove it back in because a lot of air will come in too.
