Impressive !

I've found I need about two days off.. to enjoy and have things return to normal before going back to work. So anytime I have a two day break.. When I'm not traveling I keep myself washed out.. so can dive deep anytime. When I'm playing hard, I'll set a time for 30min.. timer goes off.. go enjoy for a bit.. then back at what I was doing.. playing for hours, and occasionally a couple days.

I'm assuming there's no way to stop this.. but just asking. After aggressive play.. I find I'm relieving air out for a day after. As a result I've had to curtail my activities before work now. Thanks

My fiancé loves fingering my ass (her easy button).. She's slowly working her way up to three fingers (I can take more) but she's hesitant. I've settled on using a shower shot. So fast, quick clean up. Down side, one has to be ok with letting go in the shower. (it's super easy to clean up and goes down the drain thru the grate easy). First cleaning is the rectum and the lower part of the sigmoid past the 2nd sphincter (about 2-3 minutes), 2nd shot goes deep (about 10-12") past the 2nd sphincter in to the sigmoid colon (3-5 minutes) . Then I'll grab the 18" double headed dong and shove it deep for quality control check.. if not clean the shower shot goes a little deeper.. Typically it's 3 expels in the shower, then relaxing for about 10-15 minutes. Then a little toilet time.. followed by a another shower shot to clean out the rectum. 20-40 minutes later my bowels are relaxed empty and clean... total time about 1hr.. but I'll be clean for about 24hrs.. if I have a longer period to play I'll take a shot (total time is only about 20 min) the next morning as soon as I wake up.. That'll buy me another 24hrs.. The new routine is aweosome.. so fast, no set up. Whenever I'm home for awhile (I travel a lot.. I take the shot down when traveling to prevent accident discovery with the maintenance personal in the building) I've leave the shower shot hooked up. Every time I shower I've shove the shot in at the start of the shower. By the time I'm done showering I've expelled 2-3 times. I'm showered, shaved, and enema complete!

Ok.. I'd describe myself as a amateur .. I'm working my way thru stretching. So far I'm up to 2.9 diameter. My typical routine is I'll play all day, riding various objects for a bit.. quit and set timer for every 35-40 minutes. So far this has stretched me to 2.9" diameter. Today I received the Dr. Johnson Bombshell B-10 Tango.. to work my way up to 3.2 or 10" in circumference. So far I can take the first bump.. and probably the 2nd .. it's the third I'm wondering about. My question is any advice on working up too wider... any tips besides LOTS of lube (using Jlube) and time? Thanks

Ok... I'm the amateur here.. Those over 3" how did you get there. I'm stuck at 2.8 diameter / or 8.8 circumference. Any suggestions
