CHICKEN WITH COCONUT MILK AND CURRY

Curcuma - small spoon x1
Curry - small spoon x2
coconut small shavings - x 1 big spoon (or x1,5)
Raisin - big spoon x2 (even x3)
coconut milk 150-200mll
Pinapple (half of can)
250-300g of chicken breast
Onion x2 (medium or big)
oil
basil
pepper
chilli
salt

Prepare:
#1. Clear breasts and slash them on parts around 1cmx1cmx2cm and 2cmx2cmx2,5cm. Then salt them and then put on them a lot of pepper.
#2. slash onions and fry it until will be almost perfect. Put it out from fire.
#3. now fry chicken. When chicken will be almsot ready (well fried) put onion in. All time on fire
#4. Now put in all curry and curcuma
#5. Put all coconutmilk in
#6. Put slashed pinapple in and raising and coconut shavings.
#7. Fry all till dense
#6. Put basil and all is ready.

To it You can perfectly eat rice.
#1. Take 100g of rice and boil it as is on instruction on rise pack.
#2. Put it on a plate add one small spoon of curcuma and fry on small fire with oil.
#3. Done
