I believe you have an ego issue, you already say to another member that he is arrogant as well... If you know how to buy it, just give the info to people, don't make it like you are the guy that people have to deal with. It is never too late to do what you like, and actually your post is liberating for everyone who still trapped in the society arbitrary norm. Thank you for that. I would love to have the level of fixation you have by taking pleasure just with the bowel movement, it is so great and at the same time arousing. I believe that the most important thing is not to harm yourself, and like others say so well, it is a journey, so no need to rush. It's a very useful advice, didn't think about holding the prolapse out... I am going to work on it as you recommend. My anus is dilated enough to be fisted, so probably should not go more.

So if I understand you guy well, once the anus is stretched (which is my case I believe, can be fisted (is it enough stretch?)), then the pumping is the way to go... For the pumping should I go deep then pump or pump the part of the rectum close to the anus? How long should the pumping last per session? When you said patient, how many months or years... with what frequency of pumping?
