I think you’ll need more than 5-15mins every once in a while to progress. You need time to warm up and take it slow. I have the same problem as you; there are always people at home or I have to work. But I usually get one good session every month, which helps a lot. I normally clean and shave first and then I spend around two hours stretching and enjoying myself.
