I will probably try wearing it whole week, but will start from 1 day, then 3 days first, and see results.

Dont do it fast - you have the whole life to make your ass gaped! My advice: buy water based lube and anal plug the size which is good for you. I've started from 3cm 10 years ago, and has been adding 1cm size every year. Every year it was a holiday to go to sex shop and order bigger plug. Until my ass take 9cm the size of the hole was not changed a lot.
