[/quote] XO is not the name of the speculum. It's a size (Japan). The name of the speculum is Sakurai. Gynamed makes all three of the above ment speculums in all sizes. I can send PDF catalogs to anyone who is interested. The speculums can be ordered directly from Gynamed in Pakistan or from me.

XO opening is approx 10 mm wider than LLL.

Sakurai is made in a size called LLL. It's slightly not as wide as XO but longer blades. Blades on XO are pretty short. I will post a picture and measurements later today.

Now I have an offer for 200 EUR (270 USD) (Shipment excluded). I think its an ok price. Do I get 5 interested, I will be able to get the factory to start production. If I get more even buyers the price will be lower.

I felt like I had to explain this to make you understand why the XO speculum was intended and why it is impossible to buy from retail stores. I am certified gynecologist. I need this speculum for one of my patients. She has the diagnose "Pelvis Justo Major" (You may google that if you need). This speculum is designed for humans like her.
