I once saw a post from someone on the r/sounding subreddit who could take massive sounds (and fingers) after only a couple of years of training with no surgical procedures. They said their trick was wearing gradually increasing sizes of urethral plugs from siliconenozzles 24/7. I've been meaning to get some for myself after not having much luck with metal sounds, but I've been undecided on silicone hardness and models. If I decide on a set of plugs, I'll be sure to come back and update this post!

I'd say I'm squarely in level 8! I've only ever taken male fists haha, so I didn't get to baby step my way into it. Still, I'm eager to work my cunt up to getting fisted deeper (elbow, or my all time goal- shoulder deep), and hopefully some day double (or dare I say... triple fisted!) The largest plug I've taken so far is the Squarepeg Monster Egg Plug, which is technically their "XXXXL" model, but I'm not sure how it compares in size to other plug models. Seems a bit small to me for so many X's!

I'd recommend a large super soft silicone toy, like those that squarepeg are known for. Since they compress quite a bit, you're able to take a larger diameter than you would otherwise. As the toy attempts to return to its natural shape inside of you, it gently stretches you out with consistent expansion pressure. Not to mention- soft toys are much easier on muscle and flesh, so it'll be a fair bit less taxing on your body than a comparable harder toy, especially at the huge sizes you're working with.
