The short answer is yes.
The birth-canal can, short of a medical oddity, handle rather more than a standard fist.
However, there's more to fisting than the physical aspect. There's fear of pain, actual pain and plenty of other reasons for the woman to feel uncomfortable with the idea. That kind of discomfort is rarely a source of sexual excitement. She may well be able to but may not want it.
