Sakurai Speculum LLL instead of XO

Sakurai is made in a size called LLL. It's slightly not as wide as XO but longer blades. Blades on XO are pretty short. I will post a picture and measurements later today.

I think it is more important how wide is the entry hole, not how long the blades are or how wide the blades go at the deepest point inside. that entry measurement is not given in the diagram but would tell you whether you could insert a clenched fist for example

XO opening is approx 10 mm wider than LLL.
