I just received this this morning from a rope yahoo group, if somebody around Chi wants to make a special report for us with pix, it's a lil' off topic here but coud be interesting me a lot hehe :

* Practice spaces open throughout the event where you can refine your newly acquired skills!

* Thursday with a pre-convention group tour organized by shevah and Tatu for the 2nd year of the Anderson Japanese Gardens , ranked the #1 Japanese Gardens in the West. Last year we had about 30-40 attend, followed by dinner at a local restaurant.

* Meet & Greet Thursday evening at 9pm – Come have drinks and mingle with other attendees, staff & presenters!

* Saturday night at 8pm join us for our Rope Rodeo hosted by our event sponsor, TwistedMonk.com !  Join everyone's favorite Eagle Scout for creativity, laughs and an all around good time.

* A very special "Tea with Tatu" – Take a break and stop by this special room Saturday night. Have a bowl of tea with Tatu, experience Chado, The Japanese Tea Ceremony.
