how often do you use your toys or get fisted and is there a set routine you have or is it just what you feel like doing at the time

For me it used to be just whenever I felt like it - but I would limit myself to Friday, Saturday nights or days where I didn't have to go anywhere or go anywhere the day after.... just because I used to be even more afraid of losing control of my bowels after a good stuffing.

Nowadays, I still mostly maintain the same rule, and I've decided it might be best to limit any anal activities to once a week at a maximum.

I use my toys every single day as I just can't bare my ass to be without anything in it. I am still waiting to get fisted as I am training my butt for it

I use toys whenever i feel clean and my wife or boy are not at home.
At least once a month, when they are visiting relatives i do it every day they are gone.

And often a few fingers after shitting.
