Seriously?
Dude- there is no "finish line" with this. Just keep going and enjoy it. If you want it to happen, you'll find a way. It took me a long time before I was able to get past the thumb. But it happened. And when it finally did- one of the great moments in my life.

I JUST GOT AN IDEA. Maybe I should try to get four fingers in, then stretch myself out and after that is done, try to get most part of my hand, without the thumb! I think that would be the best course of action for me.

hey all
I just stumbled across this thread and thought it was a good place to tell you about my anal exploration experience.
I first started playing with my butthole about 15 years ago. I borrowed my dads old video camera and my GF and I started recording ourselves having sex. When i was watching the movie back i noticed that in the heat of the moment i was actually playing with my own ass and i didnt even realise i was doing it until i saw the film.
from here i started using my GF's smallish dildo's and vibes and it wasnt until a few years later that i started fingering myself.
Since then it has been a gradual learning experience. I got hooked on toys and gradually they started getting bigger and bigger.
each time i had a session i would push the boundary more and more. Then I progressed to my own fingers and hands and fist.
I have always been quite fit, I keep myself healthy by eating well and exercising. Yoga and pilates have played a very important part in keeping myself flexible.
as someone else mentioned its not just about being able to reach, its about your whole body. You need good flexibility to start with but it also really helps if you have good core strength. just try a few hours of self fisting and you will soon figure out what muscles are straining the next day when you can hardly walk. (trust me i have been there)

I am 40 now and I am able to self fist in a number of different positions. I go through phases of play and no play and no matter what i always keep up with my PC muscle exercises (this keeps the sphincter muscle nice and toned)
I try to stretch as much as possible during the day at work, and also at home in the evenings - instead of sitting on the couch watching tv - get yourself a yoga mat - sit on the floor and stretch as often as possible. You need to have good flexible muscles in order to comfortably enjoy a good fisting session. you will do yourself damage if you are not flexible. it is very easy to get carried away and pull muscles in your back etc. so do yourself a favour by focusing on stretching and improving your core strength.

So as i was saying i basically progressed from small toys, to fingers to fist over a span of many years.
I am self taught _ thanks to the internet!! do your research it really helps. there are many discussions and forums around these days to help the novice self fister.

If i have not had a fist session for a while i find my butthole tightens up and requires more time to stretch it open.
I take it slowly with toys and eventually 3 fingers, 4 fingers then hand goes in. after 30 mins or so its ready for my fist.
being right handed my right fist is larger than left (not by much but it is noticeable) I seem to be more flexible on my left side but can do either fist with ease -in as deep as my wrist.
I find the easiest position is lying on a bed, you have to bend your back as much into an S shape as possible and slightly twist your torso bringing one leg over and one under as you twist.

anyway the moral of my story is slowly but surely!!

To summarise here is a checklist that I go through to help me self anal fist.

CLEANLINESS of TOYS or HANDS is a must.
make sure your hands are thoroughly clean and all toys and surfaces are as germ free as possible. use antibacterial hand wash then warm soapy water on hands.

1. Healthy diet = healthy gut = solid stool= easy to clean colon (if you have never had a colon cleanse i recommend it to clean out the nasty toxins at least once a year)

2. flexible and fit body - yoga and pilates and regular cardio ex

3. finger nails cut short (and smoothed off with nail file) you can wear latex gloves if you dont want to go in bare fisted. I used to use gloves as i found it cleaner but then i discovered enema's and found it so much more enjoyable, besides you can really feel whats going on inside without the gloves on.

4. consciously think about diet 24 hours prior to session - cut out heavy oily, fatty foods - eat raw veg or salads

5. enema 1 hour prior to session - flush colon with 1 to 2 litres of water, repeat several times, be sure that you have emptied all water from inside, i advice to wait up to 1 hour before starting session.

6. Lube up as much as possible - only experience will help you find the right lube that is best suited for you.

7. start off slowly with 1,2,3,4 fingers, then progress to hand.

8. once in with the hand try to clench fist whilst your hand is inside and then slowly try to bring fist out.

9. stop if you feel any ripping, pain or moderate to heavy bleeding.

8. take regular breaks and stretch out arms, legs and back then get back into it.

9. drink lots of water during session- if on a marathon session make sure you snack by eating little amounts of ripe banana or energy bar- this will help to keep your stamina up.

10. take deep breathes and try to relax and enjoy the experience.

Most importantly _ Rome wasn't built in one day!! Dont worry if you dont get there the first time, have lots of fun and come back to it another day. YOu will be more experienced and it will get better and better each time.

Hey everyone! Hope you're all fine. I've got some really great news today!
Today, i watched shemale porn all day and i was REALLY horny. After seeing all that great anal stuff, i was feeling up to doing it myself. *sigh* didn't succeed. BUT, i still made good progress. Went an inch above my knuckles! But i couldn't go further because my wrist was hurting, i wasn't getting the right angle and i was feeling a bit of a rip but nothing bad happened. Some people just cannot fist themselves - me, for example. Technically, I can stretch big enough to do it, but my arms just aren't long enough to make it happen.

Also, regarding shower enemas, it isn't a good idea to use tap water because of the minerals and chemicals in it; Also, too much water can cause water intoxication. I recommend you wait until after a good bowel movement, then flush a couple times with 12 fluid ounces of distilled water at a time ( you can use a water bottle for this - I just keep a few for the recycling bin around for such an occasion) This way, your body has emptied itself naturally, and you can have extra confidence in being cleaned out

Hey guys! Went at it again today. Made some progress. Half an inch further than before but still can't get past the thumb. But i tried another position today..stood against the sink and tried to sit on my hand and THAT is how i went half an inch further. Going to try it again in a day or two..sooooo I hope I succeed in getting my fist in there. Another thing: when I pushing out, my ass lips get puckered like CRAZY! And i get a small gape and see a bit of the walls. Touched the walls when they're being pushed out. Feels AMAZING!

I was for years, stumped on my thumb and 4 fingers but could not get it past the knuckles. Now I can go almost mid forearm deep. What I found helped is lay on your stomach, and bring your lef leg in towards yourself. If you are a right hand person, use the left hand to fist. Just reach around. I still cannot come anywhere close with my right hand but mid fore arm with the left. I'm 6'0 tall 190 pounds so bigger people can do it to.

I used to be able to go almost to mid forearm. Not anymore. And especially not with a torn biceps tendon. No more self-fisting for me for a while...

You should manage to get a 3" gape in diameter easily. A cucumber would work if you cna't get a dildo.
After accomplish with the 3" then try fisting, otherwise is very hard to do it...

I use the disposable enemas that come 4 in a pack (green and white box) that have a long tube and some solution. After using it, I refill the bottle with warm water, re-use it, rinse and repeat until the water comes out fully clean looking drinkable. Usually takes 3 or 4 times before I am comfortable for extreme toy play.
