Who has for me the best methode to do this.

if you have the gaping, it is more easier to have rosebutt. Use vacum pump , put inisde your anus and start sucking.

There goes a long time away before you have prolapse.
i take pumping over 10 Years...... but i have not a prolapse at rosebud man.
This man has a genetic spincer he can to do this.
Thats a fact.

We all others can pump...pump...pump... and we havent this proalpse after pumping over the years.

And when you pump to heavy you damage your innercircle with venes at muscle.
Make it slowly !
