I need some help i really want to get into anal and i was wondering if there were any tricks i could do to make it less painful or easier to handle... I have tried it before but for some reason couldnt go through with it.So if anyone has any advise please let me know

The best advice. It's like someone who wants to go at race speeds on a motorcycle but has never ridden. Get yourself a smaller, less powerful bike, then work your way up. Being inexperienced and going too fast without the proper equipment can lead to some nasty injuries.
