is there any way to capture the video from the web sites that only stream video? it seems to me that if it's on my screen there should be a way to save it to my hard drive. a program or something? just curious.

sometimes files are in the temporary files folder
it seems that some sites need dedicated programs, one for youtube, one for google, etc...

Download videos from Youtube, Google, Metacafe, iFilm, Dailymotion, Pornotube... and other 60+ video sites ! And all embedded objects on a webpage (movies, mp3s, flash, quicktime, etc) ! Directly !
