(Re-)definition of extreme on the RBB

As most of the forum members are already aware and have seen it happening, taking bigger toys, getting fisted etc. has for years been coming to the mainstream. More the better, of course, but along with it yesterday's extreme has become today's middle-of-the-road. This is visible from much of the content being shared and how it's been described. What's huge, giant, etc. and of course, extreme.

Therefore I propose an adjustment to the content what is accepted on the forum as 'dilate extreme'. By current standards, I'd say the likes of Alysa, Isabella, LatexAngel, HotKinkyJo, Dirty Garden Girl etc. are the standard, and in that sense on the correct level to be considered extreme. Times change, and to be on the extreme end, so does the definition. Two cute girls inserting a small hand in each other's holes is fine, it's just not extreme as in "Rosebuttboard - Extreme Anal Dilatation and Anal Fisting".

What do you think, should the policies move with the times so that what's extreme at any given time would be the norm?
