diet before play

What is your diet before anal playing? What do you eat, and don't eat days before? Because if I it, naturally there's a lot of poop residue, also it just feels unfomfortable. And if I don't eat, my metabolism slows down, and I don't get clean, because of the slow poop inside me.

any kind of fiber enriched food; vegetables don't digest well and... you have a mess when it comes time to anal play.

Have a few good enemas before anal play and you should be clean enough inside no matter what you have been eating.
You can just use a shower head for enemas by pushing it against your asshole with the water running.
