Developing Rosebud, incontinence?

Well, I've done fisting from a years now, and I'm starting to develop a rosebud, at the moment it doesnt interfere with anything, but on some websites I see people asking for a surgery for its correction,so I wonder... when is it needed?
I know It requere a higher higiene, and stuff but if it isnt bothering, why to treat it?

If it's controllable, at will, then I don't think it can cause incontinence. If you cannot control the rosebud, I think it may lead to further problems.

How do you know when its getting uncontrollable??

I've been self-fisting, pumping and plugging for years and have a nice rosebutt/prolapse and probably have MORE control over my ass than people who don't.
