Good Host?

Can any of you suggest me a good host with somewhat decent download speeds as a free user,a storage of at least 150 GB & most important-than you CAN download those files.
MU is getting on my fucking nerve with that-"Sorry,the file you are trying to access is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
The only reason I still upload to MU is I still have some space there(around 15 GB)
The upload-host does not have to pay me for my uploads like some hosts do-ALL I want is a big storage,decent speed & the ability to download that file as soon as it was [size="7"][b]POSTED!!![/b][/size]

Uh,sorry for bursting like that,but that shit really gets me.
I have read somewhere that it helps if you refresh the download-link,but so far that's works in about 10% of the cases-so I would call that a fucking waste of time.

So,please,can any of you help me & suggest me a good host
