See, when i look at some videos here which involves pushing, I see the inner walls getting further out and no part of the actual spinchter ring getting affected. However, when I push (and even when I'm not pushing, just sitting at the toilet) my ring gets filled with blood. I don't like that at all. Yes, I may have some small hemroids but whenever I get rid of them, they come back for the same reason. Seems that my ring has much blood capacity and I wan't to make it less.
