Help - cannot dl this file @ Sh-Matrix

If someone could try and DL this link and re-upload elsewhere (RS would be great) I would really appreciate it. I have been trying for about a week now. Either it won't let me DL or it goes to blank page when I try and DL.

I'll give it a shot, but don't count on it. I also have fucking interrupts. Oh , and i have to wait 5mins ( [b]FIVE[/b] ).

Yes it is odd and your are probably right, problem on their end. I normally can end up getting from them...
they have given me wait times of 1 minute to 15 minutes!!! Thanks for checking pal!
