take a look on the left part of the back cover in the center. There is big red vaginal prolapse with cervix visible.
Ofcourse head insertions looks fake but this prolapse not so...

Actually that looks more like a red apple to me... Maybe this movie is entirely fake..

I concur that it also looks like a red apple, and I'm almost positive the entire movie's fake.

If you actually translate the page it even says it is an apple, sorry guys , plus a cervix is in no way ever that red, I spent years working in a gynae hospital trust me.
