Dead skin on a non epidermal layer? Don't think so.
It may actually be dead tissue, caused by minor incarceration.
Would have to poke it around and get a sample, first.
Sure that a consensus here, is that a healthily sexy looking rectum would not vary that much in color.

A minor "incarceration"? I know her ass has being doing naughty things but I've never heard of an ass being locked up before.I think you mean laceration. However, as an operating department practitioner with years of anatomy and physiology study and scrub experience I have to say that a laceration to the rectum leaving a mark of that sive would a) definitely be noticed due to bleeding and almost certain A&E care, and b)not leave a mark such as this.
An ebrasion is more likely. The anterior rectal wall which is what is prolapsed, has three layers, the important one here being the mucosal layer which produces mucous to protect itself namely from the contents of the stomach and rectum such as acid, without which you would have problems a common one being ulcers.
DGG, it is hard to tell from a picture, but you explain it is rough, it could be several things, most likely odds wise, is an ebrasion from fisting or objects damaged some of the cells preventing them from producing mucous, further irritation on this area caused an ulcer. It could also be that due to a hormonal response from stress, or other unexplained factor, this particular area of mucosal tissue "blanched", hormone responses can cause this, exposing the cells to harsh conditions, they then become inflamed and damaged and again ulcerate.
Aside from these two reasons, you may have a type of leukoderma or achromia, a loss of pigment to tissue after caused after inflammation or demabrasion, now this is tricky as it has not been investigated enough on mucosal tissue, but clinically it is perhaps possible as mucosal tissue can blanche.
It may also be a type of fibrosis which would explain why it is rouch as well as white. It could also obviously be something more serious, to do with your lymph nodes, but due to all your ass-play, i am far more inclined to believe this is NOT the case, as the first couple of possibilities I gave are easily caused by this rough stimulation, and more likely to be the cause than a serious illness is. It needs to be said however, as well as the three layers of the rectum you have surrounding regional lymph nodes which are an integral part of your immune system. None of us here want to accept that you may have the big bad "C" here, so please just be safe and go to your GP and have them look at it or refer you to a specialist as the sooner you have it looked at the sooner you will hopefully get the all-clear, and a simple less troubling diagnosis, which may in all likelyhood be harmless. And don't be afraid to tell them about your activities as these are all most likely the causes of something far less worrying than colorectal cancer, and if your doctor knows you engage in ass-play it may save alot of unnecessary examinations, and they won't judge you on it as more people do it than anyone even on here thinks.
All the best to you DGG.
