Cleaning Out

Hello, all Im new here and and I just watched the Belladonna Enema video and it worked like a charm... I was wondering though after getting cleaned out how long should one wait before exploring stretching and putting things in your ass?

You are supposed to wait like an hour so your body will absorb any
liquid left over, but I start immidiately after flushing. There could be
some trapped water up in you that will come out when you start
playing. I take care of this with a thick towel under me.

agree with spidernose exactly. but I start my play in the shower rather than use a thick towel.... I still use towel just in case but....
