Dealing with split files

Hi..wondering how you guys deal w/ split files on posting sites like rapidshare. Typical situation: someone posts a great looking moving in 4 parts on RS. I have to DL one by one, and after each DL I can't download again for, what, 1/2 day? It takes forever to get all files and join them. I've tried the trick I've seen (unplug DSL modem, reset, get new IP,) for circumventing RS's time out for multiple downloads, but it has never worked for me.

Other than the slow route, is there a trick to getting multiple RS files (or any other site) DL's quickly?

going premium is the best bet. cheap and a plethora of porn to dl from RS.
but sorry I have no tricks to share.

I've read good things about USDownloader, but I've tried a lot of things to bypass the waiting and nothing helped.

It depends on your provider. The modem disconnect/reset/etc trick works when your provider gives you a new IP adress every time your connection is lost. Some providers memorize your IP and reassign it to you again after you plug in your modem again. I have the same problem, I can unplug my modem for a day and the next day I'll have the same IP ad I did the day before.

Like anllover said, a premium account is really the best way. Most porn videos are uploaded to Rapidshare and so are most warez releases. It's really worth it.
If you don't want to pay a lot of money you could always find some people to share an account with. Rapidshare's rules forbid it but in reality they don't really seem to care.

I've been sharing a Rapidshare account with 4 other people and we only payed $2 each once for the first month.
You see, Rapidshare has a point system, when you're a premium user and you upload a file and someone else downloads it, you get 1 point. If you collect 10000 points you can extend your account for 1 month for free. So all you have to do to keep a free account is upload files and have 10000 people download it each month. We've been doing that for a year and a half now and our account is still valid until december or so. You may think getting 10000 downloads per month is hard but it really isn't.
All you have to do is upload some porn (or something really popular) and post it on a file sharing site, give it an interesting title, add some previews and keywords and before you know it you'll get tons of downloads.
And you're in the right place here. Normally those file sharing sites are loaded with vanilla porn, so when you post something extreme, people are intrigued and will download it a lot.
I post everything I upload on http://newzfind.com which automaticly passes it on to some other sites as well. Then give a scene a title such as "2 hot lesbians doing anal and milk enemas + preview", add a preview screenshot, add a keyword so they can find all my other uploads and voila, lots of downloads. That way getting 10000 downloads is easy. It requires some work but I like it better than paying every month.

what Dats says is true . Before i was a premium member i contacted my ISP and asked for 5 different IPs . So after one download finished , i changed the ip and got another file and so on . Luckily my speed wasn't that higher so by the time i reached 4th or 5th ip the time on the first ip went off
