Is electrical tape toxic if it's in contact with the rectum?

I want to make a homemade toy using electrical tape. From what I've found online it's not toxic, though the glue underneath the tape can cause skin irritation. If the tape is in contact with the rectum do you think it's safe?

Wrap the toy in a condom and it shouldn't be too much of an issue.

When I practice insertions with objects that are not originally intended for that use, I use a condom. It is simple

My toy is too big for condoms, they always tear when I try to put them on. I could use plastic folie instead though, it would at least cover the surface.

Try self-fusing silicone tape, silicone is non-toxic, you just need to use water-based lubricant.
