Use Firefox, install extension Video Downloader https://www.downloadhelper.net/, click the link to the video (should open in a new tab), change to that new tab. if the three balls of the extension are still grey it has not detected any video, reload the video page, and check in the settings of the extension that hls streaming is enabled.

If the three balls are colored it has detected video which you can download, left click on those balls, select hls streaming. in my case it said only audio but it downloaded the video aswell. continue with every video there you like to download.

I sort of see what you mean, and it's definitely possible that there's some kind of filter being used for her face (like a facetune type thing), but I don't think AI is advanced enough yet that it can generate realistic clips of someone getting punched in both holes.
