I wear a buttplug pretty much every day. Usually anywhere between 6 and 18 hours--I have yet to wear it to work. 

This XL is the one I wear when I want more girth. The base diameter is close to 2 inches, so it keeps my hole stretched nicely. It's really soft, so I can squeezed down on it and feel it squishing.
