Hello, I have dildo that is 17cm long and 9cm wide I can almost put all dildo inside my anus, so what I reach ? Do I reach second sphincter?

To push 90mm diameter around your puborectal sling would take a bit of training with smaller toys first and you always feel the dildo go past the bend. It's quite probable you are near/touching it, and have stretched out your rectum a but through anal play.
