So I found this article in the Journal of Visceral Surgery over on ScienceDirect

Here in their survey of people under 30 with anal prolapses (n=44) they found 61% had redundant rectosigmoid colon (otherwise known as a Tortuous colon).

To me this kinda makes sense? You have a bit of extra length that allows it to easily fall out without needing to move everything at once.
