The organs of the abdomen move around all the time, when you walk, sit, run, exercise, etc... even when you eat and digest, then go poop.

They are made mostly of water and have certain, albeit limited, stretching capabilities.

When you a fisting top moves is hands inside of the rectum and you see bulges appear, it's obviously the organs bulging out, not the hand.
